The helmet is built with a multi-layer composite of high-density carbon fiber, aramid fiber, and fiberglass that provides exceptional energy dissipation and penetration protection.
The optimized aerodynamic design minimizes drag and maximizes stability at high speeds, while advanced ventilation and a comfortable, customizable fit ensure comfort during long rides.

The Supertech R10’s shell construction is homologated according to ECE 22.06, DOT, and FIM, utilizing a highly advanced molding technique combining multiple composites: an outer layer of high-density 3K carbon, a unidirectional carbon composite layer, an aramid fiber layer, and a fiberglass layer.

The outer high-density 3K carbon fiber layer provides excellent strength and effective energy dispersion across the shell. The unidirectional (UD) carbon composite layer delivers significantly greater radial strength around the shell and prevents compression, while allowing controlled bending to reduce over-transferred impact energy, while the aramid fiber and fiberglass layers provide critical penetration protection.
