Terms & Conditions – Hanssons MC

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all purchases made by consumers through Hanssons MC websites:

• Norway: hanssonsmc.no
• International: hanssonsmc.com

The agreement is entered with Hanssons Skinn & MC AB, org. no. 556635‑4832, Rapsgatan 5, 452 33 Strömstad, Sweden.

2. Orders

We sell only to private consumers. You must be at least 16 years old for direct payment and 18 years old for credit purchases.

3. Order and delivery confirmation

An automatic order confirmation is sent after purchase, but a binding agreement is formed only when the delivery confirmation is sent.

We may reject an order due to sold‑out items, incorrect information or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and product information

Prices include VAT. Shipping and payment fees are shown at checkout. We reserve the right for possible errors.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. A separate agreement is entered with our payment provider.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery options are shown at checkout. We aim to ship your order in one shipment.

Delivery is only available through the correct market:

• Sweden → hanssonsmc.se
• Norway → hanssonsmc.no
• Rest of the world → hanssonsmc.com

Unclaimed packages will be charged an administrative fee.

7. Right of withdrawal & return policy

You have a 14‑day right of withdrawal according to law.

We also offer a 30‑day open return period (total 44 days). Applies only to unused products in original condition with packaging and tags.

Exceptions – no return/withdrawal

• Custom‑made products
• Products made to your specifications
• Products with broken hygiene seals
• Products that deteriorate quickly

Returns and return shipping

The customer pays return shipping.

For exchanges, Hanssons MC covers the shipping back to the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

8. Complaints

You have a 3‑year warranty period according to consumer law. Contact us at info@hanssonsmc.com.

9. Promotions

Promotions apply only during the specified period and cannot be combined unless stated.

10. Fair Practice Policy

We reserve the right to refuse purchases in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behaviour or abnormal return patterns.

11. Our responsibilities

We are responsible for damages according to law, but not for force majeure events.

12. Changes to terms

The terms apply from the moment you accept them at checkout.

13. Disputes

Disputes may be handled by EU’s online dispute resolution platform.
