Order Confirmation

Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you do not receive an order confirmation on the same day as your purchase, please contact us, as it may mean that you entered an incorrect email address.
When your items have been packed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive an SMS when your package is ready for collection at the delivery point.
In your delivery confirmation email, you will also find a link to your receipt/warranty certificate, which can also be found under Receipts on My Page. If you chose Klarna as your payment method, you will also receive an invoice by email.

Personal Data

A customer number is assigned at the time of your first purchase. The information you provide (personal ID number, name, address, phone number, etc.) is stored in HanssonsMC’s customer register. The information is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is never shared with third parties. Your information is used solely by HanssonsMC.se to facilitate customer service.

Uncollected Packages

If you do not collect a delivered package, it will be returned to us after 14 days. If we receive packages back that have not been collected from the postal service, Hanssons MC reserves the right to charge for return shipping, administrative fees, and handling costs (currently 299 SEK). Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Complaints

If a delivered item is defective or damaged, you may file a complaint. Please first log in to My Page, describe the issue, and attach a photo of the item you wish to return. Our customer service team will then contact you with further instructions.
The receipt, which you can access via the link in your delivery confirmation email or through My HanssonsMC, serves as your warranty certificate. The warranty does not cover transport costs. In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Other

We comply with the Swedish Consumer Agency’s regulations for e-commerce and returns. You must be over 18 years old to shop with us. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right for items to sell out, as well as for any pricing or typographical errors. Due to technical reasons, colors displayed on the website may differ slightly from reality.
