Sometimes things don’t work out on the first try – maybe the size wasn’t right, the fit felt different than expected, or you simply changed your mind. That’s completely fine. This page explains how returns and exchanges work for our international customers.

Right of withdrawal – 30 days

You have a 30‑day right of withdrawal from the day you collect your parcel.

The right of withdrawal applies as long as the item is handled with care, just as you would in a physical store.

Return conditions

To approve a return, the item must:

  • be in new condition
  • be unused
  • have all original tags attached
  • include the original packaging

Used, dirty, scented or damaged items, or items missing tags, may be rejected or refunded with a deduction.

Returns from outside Sweden – important information

Due to VAT, customs and import handling, all international returns must be processed manually.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will guide you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.

We assist with:

  • the correct return address
  • information about customs/VAT handling
  • proper labeling and documentation for international shipments

How to make a return

1. Contact us via phone, SMS or email before sending anything.
2. Provide your order number and which items you want to return.
3. Pack the item securely, preferably in the original box.
4. Follow the instructions we provide for international returns.

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued via Klarna.

Exchanges – size or model

Need a different size or want to switch to another model?

We’re happy to help you find the right fit and the right product.

The fastest way to exchange is usually to:

  • return the original item
  • place a new order for the size or model you want

This gives you quicker delivery and full control over stock availability.

Claims – if something is wrong

If an item is damaged, defective or has a manufacturing issue, we handle it as a claim according to applicable consumer laws.

For fast processing, please send:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a short description of what happened

We will inform you of the next step – repair, replacement or refund.

Uncollected parcels

Parcels not collected within the carrier’s time limit are automatically returned to us. A handling and return fee of 299 SEK will be charged. Uncollected parcels are not considered a valid withdrawal.

How do I register a return?

International returns must be handled manually due to customs and VAT. Contact us and we will take care of everything for you.

Does returning cost anything?

How long does a refund take?

Once the return is received and approved, refunds via Klarna usually take 2–5 business days.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes. The fastest method is usually to return the item and place a new order. We can guide you to the correct size.

Can I exchange for a different model?

Absolutely. Contact us and we’ll help you choose the right model for your riding style and needs.

How do I know my return has been received?

We notify you as soon as your return is registered. Klarna will also update you when the refund is processed.

What if the item is damaged?

Send photos, your order number and a short description. We will handle it as a claim.

Can I return a used item?

No. Items must be unused, in new condition and with all tags attached.

What happens if I don’t collect my parcel?

It is returned to us and you will be charged 299 SEK for shipping and handling.
