  • photos or video clearly showing the issue
  • a short description of the problem

Send this to us via email or SMS. We will then provide instructions for the next step.

What happens after you submit a claim?

Once we receive your claim, we assess the issue and return with a solution. Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • full refund

Shipping damage

If the parcel is visibly damaged when you pick it up, report it immediately at the pickup point before taking it home.

Please document the damage with photos and contact us so we can assist you.
