Delivery Information

We want your order to arrive quickly, safely and with full transparency. This page explains how we pack, ship and deliver orders outside Sweden.

Processing time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During peak seasons it may take slightly longer, but we always ship as fast as possible.

Our online selection is large, but not all products are physically in stock in the store.

If you want to know exact availability or delivery time, feel free to contact us. We respond quickly via phone, SMS or email.

All orders are shipped with trackable delivery. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

You will also receive an SMS when the parcel is ready for pickup.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your order.

For deliveries outside Sweden, customs duties, VAT and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are paid by the recipient.

Parcels not collected within the carrier’s time limit are automatically returned to us.

A handling and return fee of 299 SEK will be charged. Uncollected parcels are not considered a valid withdrawal.
