We want you to feel completely confident when shopping at Hanssons Skinn & MC‑Kläder. These terms follow applicable consumer protection standards and are written to be clear, fair and customer‑friendly.

Orders

Order confirmation

Once your purchase is completed, an order confirmation is sent to your email. If you do not receive it the same day, please contact us – it may indicate a misspelled email address.

When your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation. You will then receive an SMS when your parcel is ready for pickup.

Receipt and warranty

Your receipt/warranty document is available via the link in your shipping confirmation.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us.

Prices and payment

Prices

All prices are shown in EURO and include VAT. We reserve the right for sold‑out items, pricing errors and technical issues.

Payment via Klarna

We use Klarna as our payment provider. Klarna offers several payment options including direct payment, invoice and instalments.

Delivery

Delivery time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Stock information

We offer a wide range online, but not all products shown on the website are physically in stock in the store. For accurate delivery times or stock availability, please contact us before ordering.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to your email once the order has shipped.

Returns and right of withdrawal

30‑day withdrawal period

You have a 30‑day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.

Conditions for returns

• The item must be in new condition
• The item must be unused
• All tags must remain attached
• Original packaging must be included

Please contact us before returning anything.

Claims and defective products

If something is wrong

If an item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will assist you in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A short description

Uncollected parcels

Parcels not collected within the carrier’s time limit are returned to us. A handling and return fee of 299 SEK will be charged. Uncollected parcels are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Personal data (GDPR)

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Your information is used only to handle your order and provide the best possible service.
