The R22 uses Kriega’s QUADLOC‑Lite harness, a lighter version of the iconic Quadloc system. It transfers weight from the shoulders to the chest and torso, providing significantly better comfort than traditional backpacks. The system is fully adjustable and designed to fit easily over both textile and leather riding gear.
The main compartment is fully waterproof thanks to a removable white liner with taped seams. This allows you to safely carry electronics, clothing and a laptop up to 17 inches even in heavy rain. The white liner also improves visibility inside the bag.
The R22 is constructed from 420D Cordura® and Nylon Ripstop – materials known for exceptional durability. Four compression straps keep the load stable at speed, while a ventilated air‑mesh back panel enhances comfort on warm days. Reflective details on the harness and rear improve visibility during night riding.
The 4‑litre front pocket provides quick access to smaller items such as gloves, wallet or charging cable – ideal for fuel stops. The R22 is also hydration‑compatible and can be expanded with additional waterproof storage using the hook‑on points for Kriega US‑Drypacks.
